£2513% VOL / 75CLOur first still Chardonnay. A medium bodied wine with pale yellow green hues and an aromatic, spicy nose of English orchard apples. It has refreshing mineral undertones and a long finish.

| Fermentation & Ageing | Gentle lees stirring was carried out whilst the wine waited for malolactic fermentation to take place. The wine spent 9 months in barrel prior to bottling in July 2023. |
